Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic SSC certified TOT passed Apparel. Your primary focus is to Train the candidates enrolled for particular skill development program.
To ensure success as a skilled Sampling Tailor , you should have a good working knowledge of that particular job role, a good sector as well as teaching experience and ability to provide the good training based on the framework provided by NATIONAL SKILL QUALIFICATION FRAMEWORK (NSQF).
Required Skills:
- Well known sector experience based on the project requirements such as PMKVY, DDUGKY, DAY-NULM ETC.
- A good teaching as well as assessment experience.
- Proficient in a good practical as well as theory knowledge.
- Develop, maintain and keep motivating candidates about placement in particular skill sector and enhance their knowledge about job opportunities.
- Passionate about enhancing new learning style, level of skills and knowledge.
- Should be willing to learn new techniques/technologies and work on it under guidance.
- An analytical mind with strong problem solving abilities.
- Certification provided by particular sector skill council (SSC).
- Keep in parallel the rules/regulations and accreditation/affiliation procedures for the appropriate industry (CAAF process).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with training centers/training providers to facilitate a good learning environment.
- Enhance existing systems by analyzing skill training objectives, mobilization techniques, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement.
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
- Take ownership of tasks as assigned to ensure successful implementation.
- Contribute in all phases of the skill development lifecycle as required.
